Agricultural Production
FERVIA is developing structured agricultural production systems around selected crops and agricultural resources.
Our core agricultural focus includes cassava, rice, maize, sorghum, and cowpea, with additional opportunities across sweet potato, moringa, ginger, hibiscus, turmeric, and honey and apiculture as part of our agricultural ecosystem.
We work with farmers, women agripreneurs, young agripreneurs, and rural producers to build organised production networks connected to markets and future processing opportunities.
Our focus is to create reliable agricultural supply while strengthening the connection between production, value addition, and market opportunity.

Agro Trading & Supply
FERVIA participates in the sourcing, aggregation, trading, and supply of selected farm produce, agricultural commodities, raw materials, and recoverable agricultural residues.
We connect producers and agricultural resources with processors, businesses, buyers, and markets.
Our trading activities also strengthen the supply networks that can support FERVIA’s own future processing and circular-resource operations.

Agro-Processing & Transformation
FERVIA is developing its own processing and transformation capabilities to move agricultural resources beyond their raw form.
Our development areas include cassava, grains, selected crops, and honey, with opportunities across food and nutrition, food ingredients, animal feed, beverages, agricultural applications, and wellness and other value-added products.
OUR OBJECTIVE IS SIMPLE:
Create more value from what agriculture already produces.

Waste Collection & Recovery
FERVIA collects selected agricultural and agro processing residues and redirects them into productive value pathways.
These materials are being developed for appropriate biomass and energy applications. Cassava Peels follow a separate pathway and are being developed for animal feed applications.
We believe agricultural residues should be treated as resources, rather than simply discarded.

Fertilizer & Circular Agricultural Inputs
FERVIA is developing opportunities to transform suitable agricultural and processing resources into organic fertilizers and other circular agricultural inputs.
This creates a connection between our resource recovery activities and agricultural production. Recovery → Circular Inputs → Agriculture
Our long term goal is to return more value to the agricultural system while reducing the loss of useful resources.

Honey & Apiculture
Honey is part of FERVIA’s agricultural and product development ecosystem.
Through apiculture, we are developing opportunities around honey production, aggregation, processing, and value added food and nutrition products.
This adds another productive agricultural activity while creating opportunities for further value addition beyond raw honey.

Product Development
FERVIA is developing its own portfolio of value added agricultural, food, nutrition, wellness, fertilizer, circular, biomass, and other products.
Our product development strategy is directly connected to the resources flowing through our agricultural, trading, processing, and recovery activities.
As our capabilities grow, we intend to move progressively from sourcing and trading raw materials toward developing, producing, and commercialising our own products.

Building From Ogun State
FERVIA is beginning in Ogun State, Nigeria, with a long term ambition to expand across Nigeria and into wider African and international markets.
We are building progressively developing our production systems, trading networks, processing capabilities, product portfolio, waste-recovery systems, fertilizer and circular input systems, and market relationships.
We are not simply growing crops.
We are not simply trading commodities.
